*Stacy Rogers Announces Candidacy for Governor of Kansas on November 6th, 2024*
*Wichita, KS* – The first Republican Stacy Rogers, a lifelong Kansan, small business owner, and advocate for constitutional freedoms, announced her candidacy for Governor of Kansas. Rogers is committed to addressing the pressing issues facing the state and bringing positive change through strong leadership and unity. If elected, she would become the first female Republican Governor in Kansas history.
“I am running for Governor because I believe in the power of the people. As a lifelong Kansan, a mother of three, and a business owner, I’ve seen the challenges our state faces. We need leadership that not only listens but also takes action to protect our rights, improve our schools, support local businesses, and restore the values that make Kansas great,” Rogers said. As a former homeschool parent, Rogers has a deep understanding of the importance of education and advocates for a system that serves all children, especially those with learning challenges. Over the years, she has been a strong voice for her children, two of whom have faced learning challenges, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
“Together, we can make Kansas a place where every family, every business, and every individual has the opportunity to succeed,” Rogers added. “It will take the people of Kansas raising their voices together to clean house, put the right people in the right places, and demand accountability in our state offices and Republican leadership.”
Rogers has pledged to use the next two years of her campaign to educate and rally Kansans to make their voices heard. She believes that everyone has a role to play in shaping the future of the state, and she is committed to listening to Kansans about what will make their communities and state a better place to live.
“My goal as I campaign is to make sure that every Kansan knows they matter. Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. And together, we can create a brighter future for all of us,” she said.
